RollCall for groups
This is the company or operating group that will manage venues together in RollCall. You'll add the first venue next.
Only RollCall sees these. You can change any of it later.
Cover charges are paid out per venue — each one connects its own bank account, because payouts are tied to the venue's own legal entity and we can't move money between them.
This is where you see which venues are ready to take money and which still need connecting.
The card we bill your plan to. Stored by Stripe — RollCall only ever sees the brand and last four digits.
Add the first venue and this becomes your portfolio — every room side by side, with the one that needs you first at the top.
Nothing here expires. You can come back to this any time — it stays until your group has its first venue.
Every room against its own usual night, side by side.
The name for the company or group that owns these venues. It shows at the top of this dashboard — your venues keep their own names.
Only RollCall sees these — they never appear in the app. Your sign-in email is separate and lives under Account.
This login owns every venue in the portfolio, and signing in here gets you into all of them — you never sign into a venue separately. A connected venue is different: it belongs to its own owner and only joined the group.
To change your email or password, open a venue and go to Setup › Account.
Add another venue to this group. Each one is created unapproved and stays hidden in the app until we approve it.
Everyone who can open one of your venues, and every setup link still waiting to be used. Revoking takes effect immediately.

Snap the room every hour. We read how full it is from the photo or clip (not your word for it) and show it live in the app. Expires after 90 min.
The lever that fills slow nights — we ping nearby people for you. Cover, drinks, food, a live act — anything that pulls people in. Post it live now, or schedule it for the night you need (weekly repeats included).
Each week posts as its own deal — cancel any one, or the whole series, from the list below.
Average crowd by night and hour (your local time). Your quiet slots are where a deal pays off.
How each deal moves your crowd compared with what that night usually does — read straight from your scans, no guesswork. Scan while a deal is live to sharpen the read.
Your biggest rooms in the last 30 nights — estimated people inside at your best scan of each night.

Stripe's card-processing fee settles on your side of each charge (you're the merchant of record), so your Stripe payout will read slightly below "Net to you" — that difference IS the Stripe fee. Match line items by payment ID below.
| When | Qty | Paid | Deal | Fee | Status | Payment ID |

Your cover funnel and the money it makes — from interest, to sales, to who actually walked in. Lifetime totals. Settled to your Stripe account; exact payouts & Stripe fees live in your Stripe dashboard.
This is what people see in the app.
Search your address, then drag the pin to your exact door.
We prefilled the usual Fri/Sat nights — flip on your real days and set your open/close times. These shape your busy heatmap and scan reminders, so keep them accurate.
RollCall reads capacity into everything else — it turns a scan into “% of the room full,” lets Callie compare tonight to a typical night, and measures what a deal actually added. Keep it accurate; update it if you expand or reconfigure the space.
Private — only you and the RollCall team see this. We use it to verify your venue and reach you about payouts & support. Never shown in the app.
Your venue's face in the app. The banner photo replaces the plain gradient on your card — one great room shot is all it takes. Add your menu as photos (drinks list, bottle menu, food) so guests know prices before they commit.
Shown on your venue page — the questions guests ask before they come.
Optional, but worth it: walk through your whole venue once while recording a video — bar, floor, patio, upstairs, everywhere guests go. Best results: hug the walls in a slow loop of each space, pause a beat at corners, and end where you started. RollCall builds your venue's model from it automatically so your crowd scans read room by room, and every scan afterwards quietly makes it smarter. Nothing to configure, ever. (You can post crowd scans without this — the walk just unlocks per-room reads and verifies you on the spot.)
📍 Record this standing inside your venue. The walk uses your phone's location to verify you're really at your address — which gets you approved faster. Recording it somewhere else places your account on hold, so do it on-site with location turned on.
Agreeing here lets RollCall run a calibration study at your venue: during the study window your scans occasionally ask a staff member for a quick true headcount. Those counts are the evidence RollCall measures the crowd model against.
What this does not do. It doesn't start a study, and it doesn't change any number on your dashboard. RollCall schedules the study, and the result is reviewed and signed off independently before anything is marked measured. You can withdraw any time.
Optional, and off by default. Run RollCall social-only — live crowd, deals, your crew — with zero payment setup. When you're ready, turn cover on to sell entry in the app and unlock the Door tab. Cover money is paid straight to your bank via Stripe — your plan's rate is 10%, so on a $20 cover you'd keep $18. If we've agreed a founding rate for your venue, that one applies instead — your exact rate and every transaction live in Performance → Cover.
Connect a payout account so cover money reaches your bank. Stripe securely handles identity & bank verification — we never see your bank details. Guests can buy once payouts are active.
At capacity tonight? Pause sales in one tap — guests can't buy more until you resume. Passes already bought stay valid, so nobody loses out.
✓ The Door tab is unlocked — scan guests' passes there to check them in.
Put your crowd scans on the team. Each staffer gets a fresh link every shift (texted automatically when you turn on Automatic staff texts) that opens a camera-only page — no dashboard, no numbers, no venue details. During their shift hours we text them only when your live read goes stale, and every scan they post is credited to them below.
Your plan and the card it bills to. A single venue bills here; a group bills once at group level instead.
Take your venue off the map without losing your history — routine, reversible.
This can't be undone.
At the door, scan a guest's RollCall pass (or paste the code) to verify their cover and mark them in. Each pass can only be redeemed once.
Need a scan-only link for door staff? It lives in Setup → Team & door access.

Add a venue
The first two create a new venue that this group owns — the only difference is who types in the details. The third asks a venue that already exists to join: its own owner keeps it, and has to agree.
The manager creates their own login as part of it — it works once, and only for this venue.
Connect a venue
The venue stays exactly as it is — same owner, same team, same history. Connecting records that it belongs to your group; it doesn't hand it over, and its owner has to approve the request. Connected venues don't appear in the portfolio or its comparisons yet — what a group may see of a venue it doesn't own isn't settled.
The owner finds it in their venue's Setup → Venue profile.
Request sent
They'll see it the next time they open their dashboard. Nothing joins your group until they approve — and you can withdraw it any time from Settings → Connected venues.
Setup link
They'll run this venue only — never your other venues, your payouts, or your account. You can change this later by revoking and re-sending.
Live crowd is always visible — that's public in the app, so it isn't something we can switch off.
Setup link
They fill in the venue's details and it lands in your group, unapproved, ready for you to check. The link works once and expires in 14 days.
Venue limit
To add a new one, you'll need to remove a venue you no longer manage — or email support and we'll help.
