Pick the plan that matches how you run — one venue or several. Free stays free. Pro is free for two weeks so you can see a real night on it first.
Pro runs up to five venues. Groups is what compares them against each other — at any number, starting at two.

Free is never charged. Pro starts with two weeks free — we take your card when you sign up, nothing is charged during the trial, and the first payment comes at the end of it. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. Two weeks is enough to see several real nights on your own venue, which is the only way to judge it.
Yes. It's taken up front so the plan carries on without an interruption if you keep it — and it means the trial ends by charging you rather than by cutting you off mid-week. You can cancel from your dashboard at any point in the two weeks and you won't be billed.
Free runs one venue and everything at the door — scans, live crowd, room-by-room occupancy, staff links, deals, your page in the app. Pro adds the analysis: full history and heatmaps, measured deal lift, capacity and utilisation, and connecting your POS so sales sit alongside how full the room actually was. Pro also runs up to five venues; Free is one. Adding a second venue means moving to Pro.
No — POS connection and everything built on it (sales per capacity-hour, revenue trends, comparable nights) is part of Pro. Free covers the door and the room; Pro is where sales and capacity meet.
If you choose to sell entry through the RollCall app, we take a percentage of each cover sale: 10% on Free and Pro monthly, 8% on Pro annual, 7.5% on Groups. Cover selling is off by default — if you never turn it on, you never pay it. The rate is shown again in the app before you enable it.
No — Pro handles up to five venues, and you switch between them from the venue name. Each one gets its own full dashboard. What Pro can't do is measure them against each other. If ranking your locations, spotting which room is dragging, and reading the group as one picture is what you're after, that's Groups. There's no venue minimum: two counts.
$499/month for the portfolio layer, plus $179 per venue per month — under the $199 you'd pay per venue on Pro monthly. There's no venue limit. You'll see the exact change to your monthly total before you confirm adding a venue.
Not at first, and that's deliberate. The $499 base is what you pay for comparison — the venues themselves cost less ($179 against Pro monthly's $199), so the premium narrows with every location you add. Below that you're paying for something Pro genuinely can't do, not for cheaper seats.
Pro stops at five. The sixth requires a group account — you'll see the new monthly total before anything happens, and your existing venues, their history, and their settings all carry over.
Not for Free — start and be scanning tonight, no card at all. Pro's two-week trial does take a card up front, and Groups is set up with us directly.
